I did not receive a confirmation email after placing my order. What can I do?

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, you can. If you want to cancel any order, chat with us through chatting app on our site, write us on Facebook/Instgaram or e-mail us at info@hitecgeek.com

Where can I enter my discount / gift voucher?

While completing your payment, you'll find the code entry line on the right. You will write your voucher there, and it will make your price cheaper.

How long does it take for goods to arrive?

It's about 20 bussiness days. It also depends on country where you are, and from which country you are ordering. If the time is extended, please contact us at info@hitecgeek.com.

How can I claim a product?

Is there a fault on your product, or you get something different, than you order? Do not hesitate to contact us on our email info@hitecgeek.com and we will discuss it with you and make an agreement.
